**SALES POLICY**

Please read our sales policy carefully before considering the purchase of a piglet from us. We take great pride in being responsible breeders, and by purchasing a piglet, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below—whether you have read them or not.

**Farm Visits **

We are a private farm and prioritize the health and safety of all our animals, including pigs and poultry. To help prevent the spread of disease and deter theft, farm visits are by **appointment only**. Please do not arrive without a scheduled visit—**you will be turned away**.

Visit times are limited and reserved specifically for you. If you are more than 30 minutes late, please call us at 501-628-2358. Failure to call may result in the cancellation of your visit. Respect for our time and policies is essential.

**Sales Terms**

* Our top priority is placing piglets in loving, responsible homes. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time, for any reason.

* Only piglets that meet our breeding standards will be sold as breeding-quality animals.

* A non-refundable deposit of $100 per piglet is required to reserve a piglet. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price. If you cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.

**Payment Options**

We offer payment plans. However, all payments must be completed by the agreed-upon date, and the piglet must be picked up on that date. If you fail to complete payment or do not pick up your piglet on time, the piglet may be relisted for sale. We do not offer refunds on partial payments if you cancel partway through the payment plan.

We accept deposits and final payments through Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

Unregistered Pigs.

At Wacky Walker Farms we offer a selection of non-registered Kune Kune pigs. These pigs will only be offered as barrows or gilts. if you are looking for a pig to grow out for meat or purchase a full-size pig for meat, don't hesitate to reach out to see what we have available.
